KitVerify (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) allows users to schedule and upload content to multiple social media platforms from one place. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Third-Party Platform Compliance
When using KitVerify to post to social media platforms, you must also comply with each platform's terms of service:
- TikTok: You agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service
- Instagram: You agree to comply with Instagram's Terms and Meta Platform Terms
- YouTube: You agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms
- Threads: You agree to comply with Threads Terms of Use
3. Data Collection
KitVerify collects personal information including name, email, payment information, and social media authentication access keys as necessary for providing our service. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies
KitVerify uses web cookies to collect non-personal information such as IP address, browser type, and usage patterns to improve our service.
5. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create and post through KitVerify. By authorizing your social media accounts, you grant KitVerify permission to post content on your behalf to the platforms you've connected.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it complies with each platform's community guidelines and terms of service.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
KitVerify is free to try without a card, so you can evaluate the product in full before you pay anything.
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Payments for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable, including the period a renewal has just paid for. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings: the subscription stops renewing, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
We may still issue a refund at our own discretion, for example where a fault on our side prevented you from using the service. To ask, contact us at [email protected].
7. Children's Privacy
KitVerify is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email to your registered email address.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
