KitVerify respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you have several options:
Option 1: Delete Your Account In-App (Recommended)
Log in to your KitVerify account
Go to Settings → Account Settings
Click on Delete Account
Confirm your decision
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Option 2: Email Deletion Request
If you are unable to access your account or prefer email, send a deletion request to:
Please include your registered email address in your request. We will process your deletion within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
Your account information (name, email, profile data)
All connected social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
All posts (drafts, scheduled, and published history)
All uploaded media files
Subscription and payment history
All usage data and analytics
Important Notes
Deletion is permanent: Once processed, your data cannot be recovered
Third-party platforms: Posts already published to TikTok, Instagram, or other platforms will remain on those platforms. You must delete them directly from each platform.
Processing time: Deletion requests are processed within 30 days
Active subscriptions: Cancel your subscription before requesting deletion to avoid future charges
Data on Third-Party Platforms
KitVerify connects to your social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) to publish content on your behalf. Please note:
Deleting your KitVerify account does not delete content you have published to TikTok, Instagram, or other platforms
We only store connection tokens to access your accounts. These tokens are deleted when you disconnect accounts or delete your KitVerify account
To delete content from social platforms, you must do so directly through each platform app or website
