For talent managers & creator agencies
Edit a creator once. Every kit and roster link you have shared shows it.
Build everything free. 3 talents and 1 roster stay live on the free plan.
One workspace holds
No more kit in Drive, rates in Sheets, terms in WhatsApp. One record, and every link reads from it.
01Why not your PDF
It goes stale the day you export it.
Change a rate once. Every kit and roster link a brand already holds shows it.

It is one file for every brand.
Build a roster per brief: pick the talent, pick a theme, choose whether rates show.

You never know if it was opened.
Each brand gets its own link. Every link counts its visits, and replies land in one inbox.

02Connect links
One link per creator. They tap it once, read-only, and their Instagram or TikTok numbers refresh from then on.

03Connected, not copied
Not three files you maintain. The roster reads the kits, and the kits read the creator.

Packages, usage rights, revisions.

The media kit renders it
Every number carries its source label.

The roster is the front door
One link, filterable, every kit one tap away.

How it works
01
Add your talent
Create a media kit for each creator, including talent who have not signed up yet.
02
They connect their own accounts
Send each creator a connect link. They link their own Instagram or TikTok, with no shared passwords.
03
Pitch with a campaign roster
Pick talent for a brief, then share the roster link or export a PDF. You choose per pitch whether rates show.
04
Track every kit in one place
Per-kit visitor analytics and one collaboration inbox across the whole roster.
KitVerify presents the creators you manage and keeps brand interest in one place. It doesn't find brands or send pitches for you. No collaboration is guaranteed.

FAQ
No. KitVerify doesn't match you with brands or guarantee deals. Outreach and sharing stay yours. It helps your roster look professional, shows brands where every visible number came from, surfaces the visits that showed interest, and keeps collaboration requests in one place.
"Verified" is a word we're careful with, so here's exactly what you get. Connect Instagram and TikTok and your numbers pull straight from each platform's API, carrying a timestamped "Synced from [platform]" badge — no hand-editing possible. If a connection lapses, the badge says so instead of pretending — a badge you can lose is a badge brands can trust. Anything you enter by hand stays clearly labeled as self-reported. A note on the word itself: we deliberately say "synced," not "verified." A live API pull proves where a number came from and when — it says nothing about the quality of the audience behind it. That's what benchmarks are for: an inflated follower count can't hide a below-tier engagement rate sitting next to it.
Automatically, once a day. Each night the sync worker re-pulls every connected Instagram or TikTok account whose numbers are more than 24 hours old from the official API, longest-unrefreshed first. Opening a media kit or roster link queues the same refresh for any account past 24 hours — the page shows the current snapshot straight away and the next visitor sees the new one. Every synced number carries its own last-synced time, so a brand can always see how fresh it is. Nothing is refreshed more often than that: the platforms rate-limit their APIs, and hour-to-hour changes are too small to matter in a pitch.
A hand-made PDF is a blank canvas — anything can be typed into it, and brands price that risk in. A KitVerify kit is structured: every metric is labeled with its source, an engagement rate can never be typed in directly, and supported benchmarks appear only when KitVerify has the required comparison data. Your live link always shows the latest version — and when a brand asks for an attachment, you can export a PDF of that same structured kit.
Free is a working roster: build unlimited talents and rosters, keep 3 talents and 1 campaign roster live, connect one Instagram or TikTok account, and receive collaboration requests on anything you publish. Solo lifts those limits: Numbers a brand can check (Connect every talent’s Instagram & TikTok, not just one, Send a connect link — talent link their own account, no password, no signup, Stats stay synced and labelled Synced, not Self-reported, Audience insights and top posts pulled from the source); Pitch artifacts brands can act on (Unlimited campaign rosters — one link per brief, Export any roster or media kit as a PDF, Rate cards and terms resolved live from each talent, Choose per pitch whether rates are shown); Run the whole roster from one login (Every talent’s kit, rates, and audience in one workspace, Build a talent’s kit before they sign up, One inbox for inbound collaboration requests, See which talents get viewed, clicked, and requested, Spot high-intent visits and where the traffic came from). It starts with a 14-day free trial, then KitVerify is US$29/month after your 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime.
Every published media kit has a “Start a collaboration” button, and each package on a creator’s rate card has its own “Request this package” button, so a brand can ask about a specific offer and the package name arrives attached to the request. Either way the brand fills a structured request (company, contact, budget, timeline, and what they’re looking for) and it lands in your collaboration inbox, where you set a status (New, In discussion, Won) and reply. The reply goes to their email, so the negotiation continues over your own email or WhatsApp. KitVerify starts the conversation; it isn’t a messaging app.
Yes. That is what KitVerify is built for. Add every creator you represent, including kits for talent who haven't signed up yet, and keep up to 10 talents live on Solo or 30 on Studio. Each creator connects their own Instagram or TikTok through a connect link, so you never handle their passwords. Rates and terms live on each talent, and campaign rosters are built per brief: pick the talent, share the roster link or export a PDF, and choose per pitch whether rates show. Collaboration requests and per-kit analytics stay in one place across the roster.
Yes. Brands rank follower count last when choosing creators. What they care about most is audience fit, engagement quality, and whether a creator’s demographics match their target market. A nano creator with a highly engaged, niche audience often wins over a larger account with weak numbers, and a roster that shows audience and engagement next to the follower count makes that case for you.
