The problem
A growing roster outgrows the shared drive
When two people manage twelve creators, the folder-of-decks approach breaks: nobody knows which PDF is current, rates live in a different sheet, and brand replies scatter across personal inboxes. You need one place the whole team works from.
- Different team members maintaining different versions of the same creator deck
- Rates and packages disconnected from the kits they belong to
- Brand requests landing in individual inboxes instead of one queue
- No shared view of how each creator's kit is performing
What it does
What your team can do in KitVerify
The creator side of an agency, organized: build and maintain kits, package rates, pitch rosters, and field inbound interest from one workspace.
One workspace for every creator you represent
Keep each creator's media kit, rates, and audience in one place instead of a folder of PDFs. The Manager plan covers up to 30 media kits from a single login; Manager Unlimited removes the cap.
Live media kits you update once
Every creator gets a public media kit at a shareable link — audience, performance, past work, and packages. Edit it once and the link is current; no re-exporting a deck for every brand request.
Rates, packages, and terms in one view
Set each creator's packages and rates, keep a rates overview across the roster, and show your standard terms alongside them — so a brand sees the offer and the ground rules together.
Brand-facing rosters and shortlists
Build a campaign roster — a shortlist of the right creators for a specific brief — and share it as a clean public link or a PDF. Pick who is on it, what each one costs, and what the brand sees.
Delegated connect for your talent
Send a creator a connect link and they link their own Instagram or TikTok and confirm their details — you keep the workspace, they keep their credentials.
Inbound collaboration requests in one place
Brands reach out through a structured request on each kit — company, campaign, budget, timeline — and requests land in one inbox with a simple status you move as the conversation progresses.
Per-kit analytics
See how each media kit is doing — visits, engagement, and which packages and sections draw interest — so you know which creator to put in front of which brand.
How it works
How KitVerify works
Step 1
Create your manager workspace
Sign in with Google and you get a talent-manager workspace. Start adding the creators you represent — you can build a media kit before a creator has even signed up.
Step 2
Build each creator's kit, rates, and terms
Fill in audience, past work, packages, and rates for each creator. Send a delegated connect link so they attach their own Instagram or TikTok read-only, and supported metrics sync with a source label.
Step 3
Pitch with rosters and collect requests
Assemble a campaign roster for a brief, share it as a link or PDF, and let brands send structured collaboration requests that land in one inbox with a simple status.
Honest scope
What KitVerify is not
KitVerify manages the creator side. It deliberately does not try to be your whole back office:
- Outbound brand discovery or lead generation — you bring your brand relationships; KitVerify organizes the creator side.
- A persistent brand/contact CRM with pipelines and reminders — the inbound request list is a simple status view, not a full sales pipeline.
- Automated email outreach, sequences, or inbox/Gmail sync.
- Contracts, e-signatures, invoicing, payment tracking, or revenue accounting.
- Campaign delivery management or full post-campaign reporting.
FAQ
Common questions
Does it work for a management team, not just one person?
Yes. A workspace holds every creator you manage and the brand-facing materials for each, so your team works from one place instead of scattered files. (Formal multi-seat roles are on the roadmap; today the workspace is shared per account.)
Is KitVerify a creator management platform or just kits?
It is a platform for the creator side of your agency: many media kits, rates and terms, campaign rosters, delegated social connection, inbound requests, and per-kit analytics — not a single-creator kit builder.
Can brands log in or does it find brand deals for us?
No. There are no brand accounts and no outbound discovery. You bring your brand relationships; KitVerify makes the creators you represent easy to present and easy to reach.
How many creators does it handle?
Up to 30 media kits on the Manager plan, unlimited on Manager Unlimited.
