The partnership is deliberately built so both sides gain from the same thing: making the product more useful to the people you already reach. If we ship something that saves your audience an afternoon a week, it is easier for you to recommend and it keeps paying you for as long as they keep using it.
This is a revenue share, not profit sharing. You receive a percentage of the subscription revenue generated through your referrals, which is a number neither side can argue about: it is what the customer paid.

Is this an affiliate program?
In the way the money works, yes: it is a B2B SaaS affiliate program with a recurring commission, tracked by your own referral link. In practice it is more than that. Founding Partners talk to the founder, see the roadmap early, and can influence what gets built for their audience.
How much do partners earn?
30% of the subscription revenue generated by your referrals, every month, for as long as each customer stays subscribed. There is no 12-month cap, no lower rate after year one, and no referral count to hit before the recurring share starts.
When does the commission start, and what happens if someone cancels?
It starts on a referred customer’s first successful payment. KitVerify’s trial is card-free, so nothing is owed while someone is trying the product and there is nothing to claw back if they never subscribe. A refund or chargeback inside 60 days reverses the matching commission, and a partial refund reverses its matching part.
Do I need a huge audience?
No. Audience relevance matters more than audience size. We would rather work closely with someone trusted by 2,000 relevant people than someone followed by 200,000 unrelated people.
Do I have to provide customer support?
No. KitVerify handles product development, infrastructure, billing, maintenance and customer support. Your side of the partnership is the audience and what you know about it.
Do I have to promote KitVerify immediately?
No. We want you to understand the product first. With Founding Partners we also talk through your audience and check that KitVerify is genuinely relevant to them before anyone starts promoting anything.
Can I suggest features?
Yes. Founding Partners get a direct feedback channel to the founder and can influence what gets built, from workflow changes to templates and integrations.
How are referrals tracked?
Each partner gets a unique referral link. A click is remembered for 90 days, and once someone signs up the referral is stored on their account rather than in a cookie, so you are still credited when they subscribe later or move up a plan. Renewals credit the partner who was attributed to the first payment.
Does the share apply to every plan?
It applies to every self-serve plan a referred customer buys, including an upgrade they make later. Custom Scale agreements are sales-led and negotiated deal by deal, so the terms for those are agreed with you before the introduction rather than assumed.
When do I get paid?
We are finalising the payout schedule with our payment provider. Every Founding Partner gets the payout terms in writing before they start referring, and we confirm the schedule with you directly rather than changing it underneath you.
