Do not bid on “KitVerify” or its misspellings — someone typing our name has already decided to look for us, so a recurring share to intercept them buys nothing that was not already coming. And do not describe our numbers as “verified”: we label creator stats Synced, Computed or Self-reported, because pulling a number through a platform’s API proves where it came from and when, not that the audience behind it is real. That distinction is what a manager is buying, so an ad that flattens it costs us the sale you were paid for. Past those two, the copy is yours. We are not bidding on non-brand terms ourselves today, and if that changes on a keyword you are already running we will tell you before we enter it rather than end a campaign you have paid for.

Each partner gets a unique referral link. A click is remembered for 90 days, and once someone signs up the referral is stored on their account rather than in a cookie, so you are still credited when they subscribe later or move up a plan. Renewals credit the partner who was attributed to the first payment.

It applies to every self-serve plan a referred customer buys, including an upgrade they make later. Custom Scale agreements are sales-led and negotiated deal by deal, so the terms for those are agreed with you before the introduction rather than assumed.

A commission holds for 30 days after the customer's payment, then counts toward your balance. Whatever has matured by the 20th is transferred on the 28th of that same month, by Wise or PayPal — whichever you prefer, which we ask you when you are accepted. A customer who subscribes on 5 March matures on 4 April and pays you on 28 April. The hold is there because our payment provider is the merchant of record: a customer can ask it for a refund without us ever being in the conversation, and a share of money that walks back out is not a share of anything. That provider also settles a customer's payment to us about three weeks after they make it, so we send yours once it has actually arrived rather than fronting it. Transfers go out once your balance reaches $50; below that it rolls into the next cycle, and we pay it out regardless after 12 months or whenever you ask. If a refund reverses a commission after you have already been paid for it, it comes off your next balance — we never invoice you to send money back.

Your share is calculated on the full subscription amount the customer pays, before our payment-processing costs. Transfer fees and any tax you owe come out of your share. We send the full commission you have earned; the payment rail you choose takes its own fee from the transfer, and any income tax on what you receive is yours to declare wherever you are resident. We do not withhold tax on your behalf and we are not able to advise you on it.

Yes — every partner gets a private dashboard link, no login required. It shows the signups your link brought in, which of them became paying customers, the commission on each payment with its date, your running balance, and every transfer we have sent you with its reference number. It updates as payments happen, not once a month, so you can check it whenever you want rather than waiting for us to tell you.

Testing your own link is encouraged — click it, sign up, and watch the referral appear on your dashboard. That is the fastest way to satisfy yourself that the tracking is real, and it costs nothing because the trial takes no card. What it will not do is earn: a subscription you pay for yourself does not generate commission. The share is for customers you introduce, not for your own seat.
